I searched far and wide. I just recently purchased my car from North End Motors and I couldn’t be happier! I had been searching far and wide for particular features and I couldn’t find the right combination of amenities. I had been looking for about 4 months when I finally came upon one at North End Motors. My husband and I decided to go to the dealership to check it out. Ryan Ploof came out to greet us. After looking at the car and test driving it, it was exactly what I had been searching for! We went inside and worked out the numbers, set up a payment plan and now I’m the proud owner of an excetional car. Ryan did a fantastic job! I will definitely be recommending Ryan to friends and family. More

I recently moved in down the street next to North End Motors and figured it was as good of any place to start my hunt. I arrived at the dealer in my mangled honda civic and was greeted by Phillip Chancey and explained my situation and what I was looking for price wise and style. Immediately he knew what I was looking for and found me a 2012 Nissin Sentra SE-R Spec V. After taking a test drive and working out the numbers this looked to be the one. Phillip was clearly a Car Guy right out of the gate and that's refreshing because being a car guy myself it was often annoying to deal with the "salesman" rather than someone who really understands cars. So I drove off the lot the following day with my sentra. I have had the car in for service for a few minor things. Almost always dealing with Rob from service and he has been great throughout each engagement. I will continue doing business here for future service needs. The only negative I have is that they do not have a loaner car when you drop yours off but as I work nearby its not a big deal for me to get a ride in on. More

Stress Free Experience I wasn't sure what I was looking for except I needed a vehicle with a third row. Steve didn't pressure me or make the sales process stressful. He listened to what I was looking for and then delivered on everything he promised me after I signed the papers. " A Pleasureable experience " I wanted to avoid the stress of shopping on the auto mile, a friend suggested I try North End Motors. He also provided me the name of a salesman with whom he, his wife and daughter had helped them. I saw the car I was interested in on line and called and made an appointment with Ryan Ploof. Ryan was waiting when I arrived and we went to see the car, he took me for a test drive. There was no stress or pressure and he was a delight to work with. After purchasing the car, I found a few small things I wanted taken care of. They introduced me to a sales manager by the name of Patrick Rogers, who was very accommodating in addressing every issue I had. I would highly recommend them to a friend or family. Just so happens my daughter and her husband are looking soon and after hearing about my experience, they will be shopping there for their next car purchase. More

In addition he was very responsive to my phone calls. The other sales representatives were equally as friendly like, Mr. Rogers and Service Representative Mr. Gonzalez. I had a problem with my vehicle, after purchase and they accommodated me with a loaner until the problem with my vehicle was fixed and to my satisfaction. If you need a vehicle, North End Motors will do everything they can to see that you get in one. They just will not put you in one, they want to make sure you are happy with their service. I would recommend North End Motors if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Fantastic experience I was looking for a very specific car, and not looking specifically to work with North End Motors, They had it, and when i asked to come take a look, I was looking for a very specific car, and not looking specifically to work with North End Motors, They had it, and when i asked to come take a look, i received a video showing the car proactively... didn't ask or expect anything like that. When i came in, Carly was extremely helpful. There were a couple of things i pointed out with the car, and they offered to take care of them. One specifically was a bunch of paint chips from rocks on the hood. They offered to touch those up. I bought the car on the spot. Carly did a great job following up with me throughout the process, and everything went as smooth as i could imagine. Upon taking delivery, i noticed that the touch-ups on the hood didn't match the paint job. It was more obvious this way than if nothing had been done at all. Carly continued to follow up with me and her manager to make sure that the situation had been addressed. Well - my car hood hasn't been repainted yet, but i did get a follow-up (after a short delay) that North End Motors would fix the hood coloring. I will update review if the paint job doesn't match the car, but i have high hopes. Besides a few quality control issues, i'd recommend this dealership to anyone... and specifically recommend asking for Carly since she is about as nice and honest as you can get. More

I BOUGHT THE CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER, SO WHILE I WAS WITH MISSY WHO WAS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, AND FILLING OUT ALL THE FINANCIAL PAPERS , WHICH MISSY MADE SO EASY AND PAINLESS, PHILLIP TOOK MY DAUGHTER OUT AND WENT OVER ALL THE FEATURES AGAIN.
