Good Experience, No pushiness, No pressure! Went to North End in Canton, drove around the lot for awhile, didnt feel like the salesmen were vultures here as we had felt in other dealerships, we Went to North End in Canton, drove around the lot for awhile, didnt feel like the salesmen were vultures here as we had felt in other dealerships, we got to look around pressure free and when we were ready there were salesmen easily accessible to talk to. We ended up working with Bernie, we explained to him our price range for payments and what it was we were looking for, he showed us options online and we chose the ones we were interested in and got to go right out and look at all of them, very smooth and very easy, no pressure at all. When we were ready we met with Sadia in financing, she was fantastic, everything was explained, I cannot say enough good about her.. she handled everything with care, and really listened to me, and cared about me as a person and not just a sale, I appreciated that. Overall I would recommend the sales team. I havent had to use the service portion yet, but, am hoping to have just as pleasant an experience there when the time comes. More

Great Car Buying Experience I stumbled upon North End Motors (Brockton location) by chance en route to another dealership. I was greeted by John Andrade and test drove two cars. I bought a great car virtually hassle free. John was helpful and knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond even after making the sale. I would recommend anyone to stop in. More

5 STAR EXPERIENCE MY SON HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A HONDIA CIVIC FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS WHEN I HAPPENED TO SEE ONLINE A HONDA CIVIC AT NORTH END MOTORS THAT WAS IN HIS PRIC MY SON HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A HONDIA CIVIC FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS WHEN I HAPPENED TO SEE ONLINE A HONDA CIVIC AT NORTH END MOTORS THAT WAS IN HIS PRICE RANGE AND HAD LOW MILES. I THEN SPENT ALOT OF TIME READING THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING TO SEE THE CAR, BECAUSE WE LIVE ABOUT 45 MINUTES AWAY... PHILIP CHANCEY TOOK ALOT OF TIME WITH MY SON, PULLING UP THE CARFAX, TALKING ABOUT THE CAR AND HOW FINANCING WORKS. MY SON NEEDED TO USE THE CAR HE HAD AS HIS DOWN PAYMENT AND THEY WERE GENEROUS WITH THE AMOUT THEY GAVE HIM, WHICH WAS MORE THAN OTHER DEALERS... WE DID ALOT OF SHOPPING AT OTHER PLACES BEFORE WE STOPPED HERE AND STAYED HERE TO PURCHASE THE HONDA, AND I VERY GLAD WE DID. I AM NOT ONE TO WRITE REVIEWS, AND I ALMOST NEVER DO, BUT I FELT THAT THIS WAS THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER SEEN..NEVER PUSHEY, ALWAYS ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS, AND I AM A PAIN,,, I ADMIT IT, AND SO WILL MY SON :) . We are very pleased about our new car – 7 year old, but looks like new, and drives great.
