New Purchase 10/8/14 I recently purchased a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country from North End Motors. I have been purchasing cars for many years and this was the most pleasant I recently purchased a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country from North End Motors. I have been purchasing cars for many years and this was the most pleasant experience ever. Mohamad Ahmad who is the owner took care of me and I can understand why they are so successful with a leader like Mohamad, he is upbeat, positive, professional and a customer service focused person he truly cares. I was thinking about purchasing a vehicle and went to North End on Weds., I ended up driving home with my new vehicle Mohamad and his team took care of everything. I met the service department who is equally pleasant and customer service focused a great place to do busines and they certainly have taking care of the customer as a priority. Today Saturday I was out doing errands and received a call from Mohamed to make sure everything was ok and I was satisfied with the vehicle...when is the last time you received a phone call after a purchase to see if you are satisfied...exactly,,,very impressive customer care. He listened to my situation and worked with me to get me into a car.The turn around time was amazing. I went there on Sunday, picked up my car on Thursday of the same week. Customer service was impeccable. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Overall the experience at Northend Motors was an awesome experience. When I first arrived on the lot; to when I drove my new car off the lot he was there assuring that my needs were met. I have worked on car since I was 16 and working in and out of shops help pay my way through college. With that on hand experience, I have a high level of expectation from anyone in the automotive industry from the GM to the Runner. I am a very hard person to please when it comes to cars. When the time came to get the car detailed and put through the shop for final inspection before delivering it to me for the last time. I had a list of areas where the car needed some attention; areas that would go unnoticed by most buyers. Rob took care of all my requests, and the car came out flawless. The experience I had with Rob and North End Motors was excellent, they really went above and beyond to meet my needs and followed through with what they had said. With this level of service you would have be vapid to not buy a car from these North End Auto. More

They helped me pick out a vehicle within my budget but the car also doesn't feel cheap and had low miles and a great warranty. The bad part was the wait although a bit expected but within 5 days they had me keys in hand road legal and the car looked/ looks and drives mint. The day it was ready Philip C. (a very direct and approachable man) my specific dealer drove his own personal vehicle directly to my front door and drove me back to the dealer where I was taken care of and was able to drive off the lot within a half hour. More
