I am a first time car buyer, and Saleswoman KIM BAILEY is WONDERFUL! From the moment I walked in there, North End Motors treated me with KID GLOVES! I am a first time car buyer, and I was nervous about making such a big purchase, to say the least. Kim sat me down, made me feel at ease, and helped me through the searching and buying process. Never pressured me, ever. We tried out a few cars, but the 2012 Kia Soul they had for sale just SANG to me! I had seen it on their website, and a webmaster for NEM chatted with me right away a few nights before - amazing how they had someone monitoring the web even through to the wee hours of the morning - who knew? I had had a few cars in mind and she patiently let me test drive all of them. When I decided to get the SOUL she was so happy for me; she courteously introduced me the Sadia, the finance manager. Sadia went over EVERYTHING with me and never rushed. She explained the numbers to me clearly and distinctly, and never talked down to me or intimidated me with finance jargon. Great affordable extended warranty plans. The papers passed smoothly and I was able to finance with a really great local bank. Never once was I pressured to "put money down" as most dealers do. I did put some money down enough to get a decent car payment every month, and they were able to work with my tight budget. Phil, Kim's Manager and Lou, the Sales Manager, also helped me break down the numbers and made me feel welcome in every possible way. I had to go back a few times during the buying process and EVERY SINGLE TIME they made me feel like a member of the family. Kim has a GREAT personality and, while being extremely professional and courteous, she also handled me with respect and gratitude. She is an ASSET to this organization, and speaks for the organization in general. Kudos also to Hereida Gonzalez in the Service department for ironing out last minute car issues, which really weren't a big deal in the first place...and talk about DEAL...I drove out of there with a gently used well-maintained pristine condition Kia Soul for under $12,000! Their low prices and wide selections are the best around! If I could give Kim and North End six stars, I would. And for a small fee, free oil changes for life! Excellent Service on Daughter's Car I brought my daughter's car to North End for the first time in the winter of 2014. While she normally has her own basic maintenance done, oil changes, I brought my daughter's car to North End for the first time in the winter of 2014. While she normally has her own basic maintenance done, oil changes, etc., I wanted her fan belt to be checked as well as her miles were up there. I worked with Rob who was extremely helpful and understood my reasoning for bringing the car in. Not only did she need oil and a new belt, but she also needed some other minor repairs that she would not have thought to check. He also noticed she had a head light out, and head that fixed. It was all done in the same day, he kept me updated, and the price he quoted was what I paid (except when he called about the headlight which the new quoted price was the final price). There were no surprises or crazy fees or taxes, and my daughter's car drives like a new car with no miles. They will absolutely be my service provider of choice, and we look forward to working with Rob again for our whole family's needs. More

But with a great price, mint condition, and low mileage, I knew this was the car for me. So while I took a bit of a hit on my Honda trade-in, I've purchased a fantastic ride. The process was pretty straightforward, although there was a bit of waiting around when I first got there (I do admit I was 30 mins. late). Seems Christopher had difficulty locating the car in the lot - a testament to this dealership's large inventory. More

I visited 3 other car dealerships looking for a used car with low miles and every bell and whistle possible , and at the best price. I had been looking for quite some time both online and by visiting dealerships. I wanted a small SUV with good gas mileage and AWD to make it through the New England winters. I was very particular about what I was looking for and selected the cars online prior to going to the dealership. I had one exhausting experience at another dealership and 3 positive experiences. North End Motors was very positive. Corey Gray was my sales rep and I found him very accommodating. He listened to all my needs and provided helpful information. I enjoyed my experience with him. I told him the cars I wanted to see (I was interested in the Rogue, a Ford Escape and a Cooper Countryman). After a short wait, I test drove the Rogue and the Escape. Both were clean and in great condition in spite of terrible weather we were having. The Cooper had too may miles for my liking. The price of the Rogue was too good to pass up and it offered more features that the others. It was the best price around so I put a deposit on it right away and picked it up a few days later. I recommend the dealership and ask for Corey. I felt no pressure and would buy again! Hope this helps! Susan More
TERRIBLE - NEVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE!!!!!! ZERO STARS! I found a car that I liked online, emailed to confirm that they still had the car for sale, got a quick response that Y TERRIBLE!!!!!! ZERO STARS! I found a car that I liked online, emailed to confirm that they still had the car for sale, got a quick response that YES they still had the car. This was at 9am, made an appt for 12pm the same day to see the car. So we drove the 45 minutes to the "dealership" to see the car. Upon entering the dealership we asked for whom we were told to ask for, he passed us onto someone else - this person had no idea that we had an appt, were here to see a specific car, and definitely didn't have the car ready to be seen as requested. Once the salesman located me in their computer, and found the car that we were looking for; we were told that the car was SOLD!!!!!!!!!! And not just this morning, seems as though it was sold days ago. The worst part was that it seemed that none of the employees were even surprised that this was happening - or that we were furious. We complained to the manager on the way out, and he did apologize, and offer to look for a different car for us, BUT this seemed like such ordinary practice we left. TERRIBLE - will never go back, will tell everyone that we know! STAY AWAY from North End Motors - they wasted over 2hrs of our time, a 45 min drive with a toddler. Shame on them!!! More
