Have not bought a used car in over 15 years and was extremely surprised Robert delivered on every promise he made! Robert was helpful, professional, and courteous. His knowledge of the business and the Toyota line was amazing and better yet was his personable touch, pride in working with you during the purchase process and prompt communication was not your used car sales person of yesterday. Robert knows his cars and we love the car he assisted us in buying. Would definitely would go back and work with Robert to buy another vehicle tomorrow. Send you mother, brother, sister to Robert, he will stay honest and true to them all. Thank you Robert! (BTW, we just got out of the car at 11 pm tonight - Had a blast driving tonight with the top down and the stereo blasting!) North End Motors has a fantastic selection of top quality vehicles! From the minute I walked in he catered to me and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for versus trying to sell me something just for the sale (which is what I got at the three previous dealerships) He took me to NE's Brockton location and helped me get the car I eventually purchased. The best part of the whole day was the banter between the two of us. By the end of it, you would have thought I had known this guy for years. I recommend him to anyone in search of a new car. More

We went to look at one car (a 2012 Infinity G37 Coupe. That last one on the lot. He took the time to explain to us the features of the car, etc. and we went for a test ride. We were sold. We purchased the car and it runs very well. Christopher was very engaging and explained how North End Motors operated. We are very happy with our purchase and I would say that Christopher is one of the "good guys". John/Joy More

Decent experience, nice sales agent, good deal Over all decent experience. Our sales agent Patrick was a very nice guy all round. Pressure from him was low and I felt comfortable dealing with him. I had done a lot of research and knew what I was looking for and there is no doubt that the car was priced well. That said, after test driving the car I told him I was interested in purchasing. We sat down to start the paperwork and thats where the one low point of the experience came along. At this point, the general sales manager (can't recall his name) walks over to the desk and asks the sales agent what car he just sold. Upon hearing it's "THE" lexus (keep in mind there are a half dozen on the lot), he proceeds to say that another guy just drove in from so-and-so-town to look at the same car . Now, is there a possibility that someone just happened to come by to look at the same exact car within the same 30 minutes? Sure, there a possibility. But considering that the day I was there this specific car had been sitting on their lot for just over 7 weeks, I very highly doubt it. To me there was no doubt that it was a tactic to add pressure before you get to the nitty gritty paperwork where deals tend to fall apart if they are going to. It was subtle and not overtly pushy but I do hate to see that at an otherwise nice dealership. Paperwork and financing were typical. Financing options are more limited than I've seen at other dealerships where I feel they work harder to get you good rates through credit unions etc. This place pretty much seems to look at 2 or 3 big players and that's all the work finance is willing to do. So thats a little disappointing. Additionally, they don't accept personal checks (another issue I have not had at other dealerships). I do understand that they said they have been burned in the past so that fine, just a bit inconvenient. The sales manager handled the issue to my satisfaction however. I told Patrick that I was going to pick up the car a week later and asked for a few paint blemishes to be buffed etc. When I went to pick it up they had in fact buffed the blemishes and they looked a lot better so I was quite satisfied with that. The interior detailing was acceptable but I have pretty high standards and it didn't quite reach what I would do myself. Ashley in registration was very friendly and had me out the door in like 10 minutes despite being very busy. Overall ok experience. Patrick (sales) and Ashley (registration) were the high points as well as Keith who was very friendly. Downsides were financing and the pressure tactic from the general sales manager. Despite those couple things however I would recommend this dealership due to the general low pressure environment and what really matters, a good deal on a great car. I would buy from them again. Pleasant purchase. Knowledgeable staff. I recently purchased a Pathfinder at North End. Rob assisted and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all the questions I had.
