Ryan paired with the sales managers worked relentlessly to connect me With the car I wanted. After a few short days they had me done. Fast, friendly, and all around great experience. North End Motors Review I bought my car here in April and brought my mom here in June to buy a car as well (and got a $100 referral) - so I've worked with them more than once I bought my car here in April and brought my mom here in June to buy a car as well (and got a $100 referral) - so I've worked with them more than once. The staff were wonderful to work with, epsecially my guy Corey - he went above and beyond to make sure I had the smoothest process possible. My only constructive criticism would be that all departments stay on the same page as far what's already done and what still needs to be completed when going through the process of a sale. I personally didn't find out I needed to get my own insurance (separate from my moms policy which I was on because the car was going to be inmy name) until after I had already put most of my money towards the down payment so I had to find a policy and pay a months coverage to start it right at the last minute. I would have had my car in like 2 days as I came in Saturday and my paperwork and everything was ready by about Tuesday - which was amazing - but looking for insurance added a couple more days so I picked my car up by Thursday. They even stayed late just to let me have time to make it there from work which I really appreciated so overall it worked out great in the end. I love my car and the service plan they offer - free oil changes (plus more) for life for $100! I got a great deal with my car and a good interest rate on my loan for being 20 with no credit. There's always room for improvement but I was absolutely satisfied at the end of it all and buying my first car was a breeze with their help. Bottom line - If you need a good price for a car and appreciate customer service I would recommend visiting NorthEndMotors and ask for Corey, he really values his cutomers and made sure I was getting a good deal and not getting into anything I couldn't afford unlike other dealers, which is an A+ for me. More

I was very happy with how I was treated by my salesman Chris Welcome and by Mo. I was treated professionally and with respect. The negotiation process was friendly and fair and I was satisfied with the net vehicle price. They did everything they said they would. There was a problem with an incorrect spare vehicle key that Chris and Mo cheerfully went the extra yard and expense to resolve to my satisfaction. Needed Car Asap! I had some bad luck with my car and my transmission decided to die while I was stuck at a traffice light. I went to North End Motors and Chris Welcome was my salesman. He had me in a car in 2 days! I love the car and got a really good price on it. He never pressured me and even picked me up to take me for the test drive because since I had no vehicle I was going to walk. I was so impressed by him that 2 days after my other car died and right while I was getting my new car, I received a text message that my father's transmission went on his car! I can't make this stuff up! So I brought my Dad to see Chris and he put him in a car that he loves within 2 days. Even while I was waiting in the waiting area for all the paper work to be finalized on my car he kept coming in to say hello and talk to everyone in the room. There were 2 other custmomers in the room with me and they both had different salesman but said they had wished Chris had been there salesman because they had gotten to know him from when they take their cars in to be serviced.
