All employees make you feel comfortable. Rob L. got in contact with me even on his day off and worked with me to make sure everything went well while Jessica M. answered all of my emails which were full of questioms. They are great with getting everything done for you. Only thing to be aware of is if you get preapproved with no downpayment, trade in or cosigner and that answers are based on situations not credit score know that monthly income is a factor and can change your results, so try to have a cosigner available if your monthly checked income isn't too high. I have been recommending this company to everyone I know. I drove out of state to go to Northend Motors and it is worth it for everyone to travel to for beyond friendly service and great cars! More

Good Service from General Manager I've given this dealer a 4.5 star rating in the past based on my first (sales) experience with them which was very good. My second (service) experienc I've given this dealer a 4.5 star rating in the past based on my first (sales) experience with them which was very good. My second (service) experience was much less favorable. I had an issue with the delivery of part of a key that I purchased through a vendor of theirs (Pop-a-lock). The service manager, Aje, provided some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. He could not have cared less about my troubles. Fortunately for me, the general sales manager, Akee, is on top of his job and is concerned about the experience that his customers are having. He was able to involve himself and make the situation right despite being handicapped by the atrocious service manager. Overall, I am grateful for his concern and for him remedying the issue. Great sales experience and some good people at this dealership. The owners should take a look at the service management however. More

Painless Vehicle Purchase from Fantastic Sales Rep. I bought a used 2012 VW Jetta GLI just over a week ago. I called the dealership and made an appointment to meet with a manager. When I arrived, no man I bought a used 2012 VW Jetta GLI just over a week ago. I called the dealership and made an appointment to meet with a manager. When I arrived, no manager was available so I met with Mr. Corey Gray. Corey was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable off the bat. He explained the entire process for me step by step because I had never before purchased a vehicle on my own. I was in and out of the dealership in just under four hours from the moment I stepped in the door till I signed the purchase agreement and walked out. Corey was very good at communicating with me in the coming days before I went back to pick up the vehicle. He went above and beyond what I expected of him. Highly recommended. More
Good experience I bought a 2012 Cadillac CTS Coupe at North End Motors about a week and a half ago. I'll break the review down into sections. Dealership: they cer I bought a 2012 Cadillac CTS Coupe at North End Motors about a week and a half ago. I'll break the review down into sections. Dealership: they certainly have competitive prices, and all of their cars that I had my bank run checks on were as the dealership reported. They seem to mostly take clean, quality vehicles. They gave me the very bottom of the barrel for my trade in, though. 4/5 Service: The car had an issue that was pretty obvious after a bit of driving, a moderate shudder when slowly accelerating. When I expressed concern my salesman, Rob L., was quick to tell me that it shouldn't be a big deal. I can't really speak to the veracity of that. The car was still under factory warranty, so it went to Cadillac for the fix. I asked the sales manager to get me a list of what was done at Cadillac, but was told afterward to ask Cadillac themselves. It does look like one thing mentioned prior to the purchase was missed in the detailing, a small spot of rust under the rear license plate frame. The car was also returned to me with practically no gas, so that was $50 right out of the lot. 2/5 Salesman: Rob L was my salesman, and I liked him overall. He's a little pushy even if he says he isn't, but I never felt locked into anything that I wasn't deciding on my own. I should point out that I took two trips to the dealer. After the first I told Rob there were other cars I wanted to look at, one that was the same model. I told him the price and mileage and he told me that car had to have something wrong. He was right. So he knows his used car pricing. 4/5 Car: The car is really nice, but has a few things wrong that I didn't catch prior to purchase. That's my fault, and it should get fixed at Cadillac. Of course I'm feeling a little buyer's remorse, but I would have that feeling no matter what car I bought. Because it's a rear wheel drive I'm already thinking about buying a 4x4 beater for the nasty winter storms. 4/5 More
Not Pleased I purchased a car from NorthEnd Motors for my daughter on April 8, 2015 leaving a $500.00 deposit. Part of the purchase deal was that the front end wo I purchased a car from NorthEnd Motors for my daughter on April 8, 2015 leaving a $500.00 deposit. Part of the purchase deal was that the front end would be fixed. I was told it was just a matter of some clips being replaced. I was unable to pick up the car that week because the dealership did not have the proper paperwork (Certificate of Title) in place in order to sell the car. So the sale was delayed until April 24, 2015 until the dealership had the proper paperwork. Leaving plenty of time to fix the car properly. After a few weeks of driving the car the front end came apart. I called the dealership and spoke with Manager Dan on June 23, 2015 and asked him how the car was repaired, and if the clips were replaced as agreed upon, and was told that he did not have that information. When I asked who did have that information I was told the service department did. I asked to be transferred to the service department and spoke with Heradio Gonzalez. Heradio looked up the information in the computer and said all the record showed was that the front end was secured. I took the car to an Auto Body Shop and was told someone glued the front end of the car together. No clips were replaced and one of the front bumper absorbers was missing. I had the Auto Body repair the car properly as it should have been repaired in the first place by North End Motors. I contacted the service manager with this information on July 3, 2015 with an attached copy of the paid receipt from the Auto Body Shop asking for reimbursement as this was work that was agreed upon in the sale of the car and was not performed. To date I have not received any response whatsoever and would not recommend North End Motors to anyone. More
