He kept the lines of communication open at all times. HOWEVER...this dealership has a $500 document fee which I was not aware of until I was signing off on my deal. Not cool. Half of the states in USA have caps on doc fees and half do not. Massachusetts does not have a cap. Had I known I would have looked in N.H. or R.I. I really debated going elsewhere... So if you are going to North End buyer beware. Otherwise and other than that it was a positive experience. More
Deposit info: Be forewarned! I recently looked at a vehicle that I was seriously considering purchasing from North End Motors. The sales team encouraged me to put $500.00 down a I recently looked at a vehicle that I was seriously considering purchasing from North End Motors. The sales team encouraged me to put $500.00 down as a "hold" on the vehicle until I had a chance for my mechanic to look it over, etc. I gave my credit card information and the dealership immediately put through the charge the $500.00. The next day I made the decision not to purchase the vehicle and asked for my account to be credited the $500.00. Well...apparently it takes several days for the credit to go through. An upfront disclosure of this would have been appreciated....especially since I used my debit card and $500.00 is a lot for a family living check to check. Indeed...in retrospect, I would not have put the hold on the vehicle had I known of this practice. By the way...I have provided my credit card info. to other dealers as a hold on vehicles and they have merely hung onto the info....not put it through immediately as this dealership does. More
