I was very happy with how I was treated by my salesman Chris Welcome and by Mo. I was treated professionally and with respect. The negotiation process was friendly and fair and I was satisfied with the net vehicle price. They did everything they said they would. There was a problem with an incorrect spare vehicle key that Chris and Mo cheerfully went the extra yard and expense to resolve to my satisfaction. Needed Car Asap! I had some bad luck with my car and my transmission decided to die while I was stuck at a traffice light. I went to North End Motors and Chris Welcom I had some bad luck with my car and my transmission decided to die while I was stuck at a traffice light. I went to North End Motors and Chris Welcome was my salesman. He had me in a car in 2 days! I love the car and got a really good price on it. He never pressured me and even picked me up to take me for the test drive because since I had no vehicle I was going to walk. I was so impressed by him that 2 days after my other car died and right while I was getting my new car, I received a text message that my father's transmission went on his car! I can't make this stuff up! So I brought my Dad to see Chris and he put him in a car that he loves within 2 days. Even while I was waiting in the waiting area for all the paper work to be finalized on my car he kept coming in to say hello and talk to everyone in the room. There were 2 other custmomers in the room with me and they both had different salesman but said they had wished Chris had been there salesman because they had gotten to know him from when they take their cars in to be serviced.
