My experience sucked I'm sure this is an ok dealership, but my experience was terrible. They sat me down and had me wait for 45 minutes to see a car I supposedly had an ap I'm sure this is an ok dealership, but my experience was terrible. They sat me down and had me wait for 45 minutes to see a car I supposedly had an appointment to see. The car was quite nice, and the price was decent. They sat me down and gave me a laughable offer for my trade-in. I've been searching for a new vehicle for over three months, and this was THE lowest offer I've ever received of nearly 20 dealerships, and on top of that it was significantly lower. When I told the salesperson such, this guy named Mario comes over. Mario comes off as as being pretentious and as if you're wasting his time. He then proceeded to waste my time by repeating the phrases I've heard at so many other dealers. "We're a no haggle dealer", etc... They also continually tried to talk about financing while I must have stated over ten times, explicitly, that I was not financing. My guess is this is the next area where they intend to get their money from. I made the hour drive to this dealer because they had what appeared to be a good car for a good price, I just didn't calculate that their intent was to rip me off for my trade-in. I'm sure you're experience could be completely different. More

After trouble clearing a service engine light in my 2003 trailblazer with 232,000mi on it, I decided to check out the Durango I was interested in. Walked around the lot looking for the car, wasn't approached by anyone (which was actually nice, in my opinion) decided to go in. Ryan greeted us at the door. I told him I was interested in the Durango and we sat down at his desk to discuss more. Right off the bat, Ryan came off as a very personable and honest. Although the car I went to see was out of my price range, he let me test drive it anyway. He also took the keys to the next model down. Although it wasn't what I wanted, it was just what I was looking for plus more. Ryan made the whole process very easy and understandable (first time financing and first time dealer buying). I got much more money than what my trade in was worth! Ryan was so great I ended up walking out extremely happy with my time and the money spent. I would highly recommend seeing Ryan Benjaminson if you go in here. Sadia was my financial advisor I worked with, also a very personable woman. She made sure I understood everything from top to bottom. We probably spent an extra 45 minutes talking about personal life which made me feel so comfortable! Thanks again Ryan and Sadia for making me happy with the car I bought and making everything so easy for me! I will say the only reason I took a star away was because when I picked up my car, it only had 1/4 of a tank of gas in it. Other than that, outstanding service from both of you! I'll be back for the Durango when it's time for my trade in! -Angela More

Taken for a ride These people are the worst con artists I've ever been taken in by. I bought my car here on 1/28 and it already needs almost $400 worth of work. Not ev These people are the worst con artists I've ever been taken in by. I bought my car here on 1/28 and it already needs almost $400 worth of work. Not even 5 months after purchase! I also purchased the extended warranty at Chris' encouragement, but it's useless. The caliper seized already and though the caliper is covered, the brake pads that wore down due to the caliper issue are not. So I have to pay the $100 deductible on the warranty for the caliper and another almost $300 for the brake pads. Absolutely ridiculous! I shouldn't need to sink another $400 into a car that I just financed for almost $15k only 5 months after purchase. And the car only has 29k miles! I've bought cars with 50k miles and never had to put in any work besides routine oil changes the first year. No matter how nice and low pressure the sales guy seem, don't buy a car here unless you're independently wealthy. You'll be sinking all your money into repairs. I don't think they even inspect the cars before they put them on the lot. More
