I am really enjoying the I write this review after having purchased a vehicle at North End Motors that I've been driving for a little over a week now. I am really enjoying the car so much and am very satisfied with my experience at North End Motors. The whole team there is professional, courteous, and made the car buying process easy and transparent. This was the first vehicle I have ever purchased after driving a vehicle handed down to me from my father. After coming across the car through some online searches for gently used vehicles in my area, I made a phone call to North End Motors to schedule a test drive for the following day. I was unfamilar with North End Motors before I started my research on used cars in my area, but have to say I am so glad I found it. I scheduled an appoinmtent to test drive the car with Thomas C. My father and I arrived at the dealership and Thomas was well prepared. After greeting us, Thomas took us to the car to give us an overview of some of the features and to take a look around as well as ask any questions. It was in great condition and had all the features I was looking for in my next car. My father and I each took a turn behind the wheel and returned to the dealership. We were both very impressed with the car as well as the price for the car and we made an offer to buy the vehicle. We worked with Dan to get financing for the vehicle at a great rate as well as a value on our trade in. The process was easy, straightforward and clear. The vehicle was detailed and I was able to pick it up the following Monday. Just like the first day, Thomas was well prepared when we arrived after work on Monday to pick up my new car. I got the keys, left my old car behind, and have been happily driving my new car for a little over a week now. I highly recommend North End Motors to anyone in the market for a car. Ask for Thomas C. and you will not be disappointed with the professional, knowledgeable., no pressure sales support you will receive during your experience. We plan on stopping by North End Motors in the near future when it is time for the next person in my family to trade in their car for a new vehicle. More
