Worst Experience Bought a car. Was told it had all 4 brand new tires from Sam Kannan a salesman there. Both rear tires have decent tread but there's cracking from the Bought a car. Was told it had all 4 brand new tires from Sam Kannan a salesman there. Both rear tires have decent tread but there's cracking from the car sitting on the lot and obviously been through the seasons. The rear have less tread than the front mind you this vehicle's front wheel drive so obviously they switches around the tires.... As a customer im not going to crawl under the car and check or inspect the vehicle. That's what the workers are for. Im a consumer, everything should be checked, inspected and in good working order. The tires are most definitely not any where new condition. So he disrespected me saying all 4 were brand new. I called the "manager" yes i was mad and carried on but its the principal im the consumer. Your a business your here from repeating customers and word of mouth... Would say anything for you to sign the name on the contract. Family members knew i recently bought a vehicle through north end and were going to inquire. But mt follow up and no calls about how the car's going. Am i happy with the purchase.? Nothing...!!! So i didnt refer. My mother just bought a 2017 bmw x5 and 2016 lexus g series. A friend of mine just bought 2017 Camry and now my dad's in the market for another car. Could have had another easy sales. If my experience was better or they just man up. Someone called me about a month ago and still nothing. Ya all are cheap Dont even fill the gas up prior picking it up... The car supposedly went under an "Inspection" before being detailed but if it really did or if you had diligent workers they would have noticed the dry rot on both rear tires. I drove the car the end of june. Not even a day and a half of driving it. CEL came on. This turned from being an exhaust sensor to a camshaft solenoid. Brought it to the dealer for almost 3 weeks. It was in the shop. Now i know this things happen and they can't control if a check engine light illuminates. But no following calls or concerns..... Nothing.... Im all set with future business. Bunch unprofessional snakes.... God Bless. More

Good Service We came here looking for a Nissan Juke and found the perfect one. The price was okay but it was the same as ones from the Nissan dealership that also We came here looking for a Nissan Juke and found the perfect one. The price was okay but it was the same as ones from the Nissan dealership that also gave a free certified warranty on their cars. I ended up having to pay over $2000 for a warranty and a $650 holding fee and they're not really allowed to negotiate, but that's the dealer's fault, not the employees. I ended up getting a great car for an okay price and the service and employees were wonderful. More
