My salesman Bernie was great. I would recommend him to anyone. They did what I needed to get my car purchased. I gave a 4 star because my gas tank was half full. This has never happen to anyone else I talked to. The money I paid for the car you would think they would have fill it. I love my new used car. So far so good. Just one more thing that I made mistake for the future is to bring a certified check. That's for everyone purchasing a vehicle. Keep up the great job. Thank you VM. More

This time, much of the staff has changed and there was a noticed ch I am returning customer. My first experience was the best I have ever encountered. This time, much of the staff has changed and there was a noticed change with way I was treated by a manager. I would not return or recommend anyone of my contacts doing business again with North End due to to his aggressive behavior with me. However, Ahmahd Crowell went beyond to ensure my experience was professional and I purchased the car I had intended to buy. Also, the woman in finance was thorough and was great to work with. More
