Good Experience I worked with John Fernandes when buying a Ford Explorer. John was a straight shooter and his communication throughout the process was excellent. I had to ask the finance guys to do a little better than the initial rate they proposed which was a little annoying because I told them the rate I was prequalified for and they had to meet or beat.
