He was knowledgeable as well as professional, but also adding his own personal touch to Manny Pina was a fantastic representative of North End Motors. He was knowledgeable as well as professional, but also adding his own personal touch to our business transaction. I simply told him what I was looking for, some of my expectations, and some of the cars I was interested in and he quickly pointed me in the right directions. Not only did he show me cars I specifically identified interest in, but also cars that were similar in order to best meet my needs as a customer. Most important he wasn't pushy or overbearing, he sat back and let the product do most of the talking, giving honest incite into what he had experienced with sales transactions made in the past. I'd tell anyone I know looking for a used car to come out and see Manny. He was great. More
