Absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful I would never under any circumstances recommend this place to even the most hated person on Earth. They’re full of lies and scams. Whenever you have a problem, you might as well just go above and beyond because they will not help you out at all. I purchased what i thought was tire and wheel coverage but apparently i was using the money as a down payment instead. This was in no way acceptable and i did not agree to this at all. I came in hoping to get everything resolved but instead i was disrespected by the General Sales Manager and was pretty much told to go kick rocks. For a female this is not acceptable and nobody should have to go through torture for a lousy refund check. Don’t ever buy a car from here because all they care about is making money. More
