My only complaint would be the wait time for the paperwork. However, I was also pleasantly surprised with the no pressure pitch from the finance department on the extended warranty. Gave me enough information to make an educated decision. More

Freddie’s professional, kind, and honest customer service is what drove my experience to be 5 stars. I am personally an extremely organized individual that asks a lot of questions. Not a problem at all with Freddie he was able to address any concern that I had. Freddie also has experience on the service side of things so we were able to talk about certain mechanical aspects of the vehicle that most salesmen can’t. He was extremely knowledgeable and I am greatful for that. I would gladly do business with him again. The whole north end motors group including Brian and Ted were extremely helpful.
