The staff was very friendly and helpfull I had been looking on line for a few weeks at a lot of models and prices. I located a Cadillac at North End motors. So I called and checked on the availability of the vehicle. Shonna called me back quickly and told me it was still available so I set up a time Saturday morning to take it for a test drive. Bernie met me at the door and was very friendly. He got the car quickly it looked nice and rode great. I like the no haggle pricing the price was on the low side of the fair market value for the car so I bought it. Bernie did a great job of answering all my questions. I have not been to the service department yet so I can't rate them. More
