Rob Newton is probably one of the easiest service managers I've ever dealt with. He valued my time, and didn't make me feel pressured when it came to optional services. I called north end Mazda with a problem with my car. I was afraid to drive it because the brakes felt very soft. They came to me and picked up my car and left me with a loaner so I wasn’t stranded.
