I bought my car in December 2012 (2010 Mazda 3). The sales people are extremely helpful (no pressure) and will work with you with any questions you may have. The Service Dept. is wonderful. Matt and Steve were awesome. Wayne Brown answered the phone when I called asking for assistance with a flat tire. I was thrilled with the fast and friendly service from the Mazda service team! I had my truck towed there last night and this morning I recieved a call from Steve Gagne, the head mechanic. He was very patient as he listened to me explain the problems I had been experiencing. I was happily surprised when I got a call after lunch, and it was fixed! Very reasonable prices too! I have had my Mazda3 for over a year now. The car is exactly what I was looking for, and the service department has been great in working with me to keep my car running smoothly. The service and parts departments have been excellent to my wife and I since we bought our Mazdas in January. This has allowed them to help me and my wife keep our Mazdas in top shape throughout the winter without a single problem. We have also added accessories to our cars to fit our lifestyles. Boyd in parts has been key in helping us pick the right snow tires for last winter and the right accessories for our cars. My Mazda3 preformed beautifully all season.
