I was told the service would only take 1. 5 hours. After being there for 3 hours I went to the service department to inquire if it was almost ready and was then told it takes at least half a d 5 hours. I had another appointment to get to so I had to call my husband to leave work and come pick me up. Then had to make another trip later to pick the car up. More

Brand new vehicle blew up on interstate and caught fire. Was at this dealer for 4 months before they fixed. Did not receive a loner till last week. 4 days after picking up engine light is on with a fuel sys Was at this dealer for 4 months before they fixed. Did not receive a loner till last week. 4 days after picking up engine light is on with a fuel system issue. They did not fix nor will Ford buy the vehicle back. Very bad company. No, I will not adjust my review. They haven't fixed the problem nor have they offered a solution nor do I have a vehicle to drive. More

First my salesperson was new and not very knowledgeable, but she was nice. Shannon the finance guy was very good in working with me. Second I don’t think the vehicle I purchased was thoroughly inspected or but she was nice. Shannon the finance guy was very good in working with me. Second I don’t think the vehicle I purchased was thoroughly inspected or detailed before it was sold. The rear view mirror completely fell off the windshield after it was supposed to be fixed, the brakes are squeaky and buttons are missing. Although these things are said will be taken care of and I have been provided a vehicle to drive (Which I’m starting to like better then the one I purchased) it’s been about 2 weeks. I don’t understand how a Ford dealership can’t get a Ford part after this long???? More
