Great Service on Recall issue I had a recall on my 2012 Escape for some kind of flange. I had it done and my car started to take longer to engage when starting. Brought it back, th I had a recall on my 2012 Escape for some kind of flange. I had it done and my car started to take longer to engage when starting. Brought it back, they doubled clamped it and it still didn't do the trick. Brought it back again, they replaced the part, still not right. Once more with replacing the flame and it runs perfect! All at no charge. More

Very pleasant Oil change was completed ahead of target time . I was quoted 2 hours and job was done in an hour. Great experience at dealership I came in for the steering wheel recall and had an outstanding experience. The rep helping me could not have been nicer or more professional. The check in was easy and i really liked the text i got up front confirming everything. I logged in to do some work on the free wifi and before i knew it, probably 20 minutes later, i was being informed the work was already done and i was set to go. I didn't even notice the text i got informing me of that because i wasn't expecting it to be that quick. The rep let me know to expect a survey, which was great because i really had a great experience. She wished me a happy memorial day weekend and i was in my way. More
