Incompetent Work The Bad - We had our 2008 Ford Edge in North Country Ford for fuel cell and air bag recalls. Upon receiving the vehicle back, there was a rattle under The Bad - We had our 2008 Ford Edge in North Country Ford for fuel cell and air bag recalls. Upon receiving the vehicle back, there was a rattle under the car. Turned out to be 2 loose bolts to a drive shaft support that was removed for the fuel cell work. We had another shop discover and correct that. We notified North Country Ford of their error. There was no reasonable attempt to follow-up from them and they never spoke with us. Incompetent technician work and non-existent customer service follow-up. The Good - After servicing the car, it appeared they had washed the exterior. Also, it was convenient to have received an email with the invoice and to be able to click on the invoice to pay remotely before picking up the vehicle. Al More
Service has seriously gone down hill Had my oil changed and they said I needed the fuel filter changed. Had them change it and 13 days later it started leaking when I was on vacation. H Had my oil changed and they said I needed the fuel filter changed. Had them change it and 13 days later it started leaking when I was on vacation. Had to take the vehicle to a different Ford dealer and they said the fuel filter had been over tightened and was cracked. Contacted North Country for reimbursement and they said it was my fault. Also mysteriously on my previous oil change the brakes were flagged green and suddenly on this oil change they were flagged red! More

Disregarded what I said. Completely! Had my vehicle in for recall work. Hmm.. Since Oct will be the 1st year anniversary of owning my F150. I figured okay I have 8K thousand on it Had my vehicle in for recall work. Hmm.. Since Oct will be the 1st year anniversary of owning my F150. I figured okay I have 8K thousand on it now. Might as well have the tires rotated and the oil changed along with the recall work and have it serviced a little early because I was not going to be able to reach the recommended oil change mileage in Oct. Basically I was told when I purchased the vehicle. I will receive 1 year of FREE service. I figure two free oil changes and a tire rotation is considered Free and fair for the 1st year. I told them at the desk, " Yea it is a little early for the service but I figured I might as well take care of the 2nd oil change and tire rotation while the recall work is being done". The service clerk nodded his head and said yep. "Go sit over there or wherever and will let you know when your vehicle is done". So they said, "Mr. so and so your vehicle is ready". I am like okay cool! I go to the desk and found out I was charged for the oil change and tire rotation. Sir that will be 70.00. I am like what? This should of been free and I explained to her next month I will have had the vehicle for a year etc. I was taking advantage of my second free oil change for the promised 1 year of free service. What did I get out of her. Instead of looking into my concerns. She just shrugged her shoulders and pretty much sent me the body lanquage of OH WELL I guess. I was pissed off about it and paid the bill and walked out. A life long customer since 2004. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SET Foot in there. The staff was nice etc. but they pretty much ignored my concern. I am fine with paying. But if you tell your customer yeah, you will recieve 1 year of service for free. You better live up to it. If I am in the wrong or sir we can't do that because of .......... well explain that to me then. More

Carrie provided an AMAZING sales experience when I purchased the car and was super low stress low pressure. 10/10 would go to her wherever she was in the future. Matt helped smooth out a situation with the service center. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Great leadership and took care of the issue in a timely manner. That all being said... your service center is horrid. Didn’t know how to look for certain pieces of my warranty... didn’t bother to check into my certified pre-owned status... just told me it wasn’t there. I was also told, extremely sarcastically, that there is no such thing as a bumper to bumper warranty.. i don’t complain much, as I work in a customer service/sales environment, but be glad you have people like Carrie and Matt who FAR outweigh the negatives of your service center More

My husband made the appointment online and said there were only general appointment offering so he chose the 40,000 mile check up which we were planning on doing. He put in the notes about the noise. When arrived was only able to be seen for 40,000 as that’s what he chose and that was great but didn’t get to be seen for the noise and that was our main concern. So only issue was that otherwise the gentleman helping with oil change etc was great!! More
