Dissatisfied with job done Having vehicle in for service and TPMS problems, I was told tires were rotated and set to factory recommendations. What I found was tires were not rotated, nor were they setto specs, until I came back the next day. The service rep reset all tire pressures to factory specs, and then they dash display read what he had done while I watched. I also wonder if I received the oil change that I paid for, no way to tell if the oil andfolter were old or new. Very dissatisfied with the service I received recently. Not sure if I'll be back.....Brent was apologetic and helped when I had returned, but still, I feel I was lied to repeatedly about the work the crew stated they performed. More

Tire repair Brought in the car because the tire was leaking. The next day, it was still leaking. Brought it in again, and they said they repaired the repair. Brought it in for a 3rd time, asked for the quick lane manager, explained the problem, found another small screw after double checking. Repair was done and it’s now better. The manager was great, but it seems like there could be a system in place to make sure it’s fixed to prevent 3 trips. It seems a little like they were trying to get it through fast.
