Service on my car after buying it a little over a week ago. I bought a used Mazda from North County Ford and a couple days after buying it, it started making a rattling sound. Was told I had to talk to Charlie I bought a used Mazda from North County Ford and a couple days after buying it, it started making a rattling sound. Was told I had to talk to Charlie to get it in to service. After a week or more of trying to get a hold of him, he never contacted me back. Finally called my sales person annoyed about the sound and Charlie not getting back to me. Took 2 more phone calls from my sales person to Charlie for him to get back to me. I brought my car into sales where they were rude from the get go. 2 days later, went back to get my car and drop off rental, where I was waiting in the service area for 15 minutes with no one to be seen. It felt as if they actually cared about my business. Previously I felt ignored and often waited to check in for scheduled visits. Hope the improved service continues as there are plenty of other service dealers. I had requested a loaner vehicle in advance however the loaner vehicle I was given was filthy on the outside and not very clean on the inside :( I had to ask that the vehicle be washed which the attendant did very quickly and he was very apologetic. Mourning dove howl from tranny Brought my 2017 ford in for a howl under moderate acceleration. The howl sounds like a mourning dove. It seems to start when the transmission gets to about 90 degrees. The first time they thought it was the transfer case so they replaced that. So obviously they thought something was wrong. Still made the same noise. Brought it back and the "expert" said he drove another truck that made the same noise that they had on the lot so he said it's a normal noise and nothing they can do. Now my oil pan leaks too. So i'll have to bring it back again . 9000 miles on the truck. More

Excellent service I brought my truck in for a recall service and to have a Ford OEM trailer brake put on my new truck. Expected to be there for 3 plus hours.
