Communication from the dealership wasn’t excellent and the vehicle was done on time. More
Very Poor Communication It took about 2 weeks to complete service on vehicle. Service provider Brent Johnson is a very poor communicator. In at least two cases, it took several attempts to get a straight answer to simple questions. It got a little better after my call to service manager. Customers are usually very understanding if there are delays due to part availability or other circumstances outside the dealers control; however, when they are not given direct communication and led to believe or promised the car will be fixed sooner, it is extremely irritating. In addition, there were 2 separate issues that needed to be fixed (Transmission and battery not charging). I asked several times that the battery issue be fixed in parallel with waiting for parts on the transmission. The wasn't done. As a result, the car needed to be in shop longer, because the battery also needed a part ordered. More
