Exceeded my expectations! I went in for “the works” package and a possible coolant leak. I was greeted very warmly by Jack and another gentlemen at the quick lane counter who t I went in for “the works” package and a possible coolant leak. I was greeted very warmly by Jack and another gentlemen at the quick lane counter who took my car back immediately. After inspecting my vehicle, he also noticed corrosion on my battery, so he had someone replace it for free. Jack was very professional and personable throughout the entire experience, and I would recommend him to anyone that gets their vehicle serviced at NorthCountry. More

Please walk people through expectations more on the front vs. grabbing keys and saying we’ll call you. I had a few recalls that were almost not covered without holding my ground. As well, service contract was not in the system and had to figure it out myself on how to get that info uploaded into the system to get the issue fixed. Just all could have been much better with better upfront communication. Great work as mentioned prior. End of the day, all is good but it should not have been that difficult from a sophisticated service shop. More
After three times there they still have not fixed my problem I am having problems with my AM radio not showing the RDS or the PTY I have now been there 3 times and they have yet been able to fix it.. if it is no I am having problems with my AM radio not showing the RDS or the PTY I have now been there 3 times and they have yet been able to fix it.. if it is not fixed soon you will replace my entire system I know they are trying but I am getting frustrated because they have no idea on how to fix it. They keep checking with ford technical support. More

Through and friendly Service was great except we couldn’t find the issue with the squeak I have been having intermittently. It wasn’t for lack of trying though.
