Quicklane oil change and tire rotation Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were a bit behind so it ended up taking over an hour. The only thing that bothered me about this experience is that no one told me that a small fluid leak (didn’t specify, assuming oil) was found and the battery needs to be replaced. When I paid and signed off on the bill, no one mentioned the issues found nor attempted to schedule a follow up. I wouldn’t have known about it myself if I hadn’t gone through the vehicle summary report that came w/ my receipt. I would have scheduled something immediately if I had been notified. More
