I went in with no appointment for service on my 2008 Mustang GT Premium Convertible ( 19,600 Miles ). I was in and out in a very short time with an oil change, tire rotation, and several other items checked out. My tire tread is down to 5/32 in so Dan Hunt made sure to advise me of that and also took the time to print up a list of available tires that were appropriate for my Mustang so I could determine what I wanted to do at my leisure without any pressure on his part. I'm a stickler about high pressure sales tactics and I like the fact that you DO NOT have to deal with that at North Country. On my last service appointment at North Country I did not mention to them that I had a bulb burned out in the left taillight, and I didn't expect them to find it, much less take the time to replace it, but, much to my surprise, when I got the car back, the bulb had been replaced and I did not have to mess with it myself. These are the kind of experiences that will keep me coming back to North Country Ford for years to come. You can bet when it's time for a new vehicle, I'll be coming back here to make the purchase. More than any dealership in my lifetime, North Country Ford has met and exceeded my expectations. And you can tell that North Country Management has empowered their employees to make me happy. Whether, c Ford has met and exceeded my expectations. And you can tell that North Country Management has empowered their employees to make me happy. Whether, consulting with me on future vehicles purchases, securing financing or simply receiving service on my vehicles, I have come to expect fantastic service. It is also in the little things they do. They go the extra mile to please me. For over ten years I have frequented North Country purchasing 8 or 9 vehicles from them. They have become my 'home' dealership. I love my North Country Ford! More
I purchased a truck last week online from North Country Ford. Ken Kincade did an outstanding job every step of the way. I can tell you Ken's service was in stark contrast to other responses I received Ford. Ken Kincade did an outstanding job every step of the way. I can tell you Ken's service was in stark contrast to other responses I received to a number of inquires. It truly is puzzling. Considering the current economic conditions, you would think sales people would be climbing over each other to help. I spoke with one salesperson in particular on the last day of the month and quarter (9/30/2010) from central Iowa. We could not agree on pricing. I received a voice mail from the general manager exposing the dealerships commitment to customer service. I returned his call, stated the salesman’s performance was excellent, however we could not agree on a price. I never heard from the general manager. To add “insult-to-injury” the general manager sent me an e-mail with their latest truck sales event the following week. Another salesman in Wisconsin sent me an e-mail response to my inquiry, I called him on Monday, we spoke about the truck, and he was going to confirm that the truck had not been sold on Saturday. I never heard from him again! The good news is that there are still great people out there “checking their bucket” glad to be employed and making a living and willing to do whatever it takes in a positive and productive way. I bought a truck from a gentleman from North Country's Coon Rapids, Minnesota dealership(North of the Twin Cities). I bought the truck on Tuesday night. Ken Kincade delivered it to a sister dealership in Mankato (Mankato Honda), Minnesota on Thursday. I caught a ride with a lady from my office headed to Mankato for the weekend and we had a very pleasant drive to pick up my new truck. If you are ever in the market for a new Ford—please give Ken Kincade a call at North Country Ford in Coon Rapids, Minnesota: 612-554-7644 or the dealership at 763-427-1120. He provides photographs, video and a free CarFax on every vehicle they sell. Thank you, Tom Teesdale More
I arrived late for my appointment because of traffic, but still got right in and the 5000 mile maintenance was performed quickly. The employees that I interacted with were all very friendly. I'm not much of still got right in and the 5000 mile maintenance was performed quickly. The employees that I interacted with were all very friendly. I'm not much of a fan of mail-in rebates. Without the rebate the price seems a bit high. We'll see if I get it. Still a hassle though to file the paperwork and then cash the check. I'd rather just have a lower price up front. More
I bought a used 2005 F150 and had it for 55 days(was given a 60 day warranty) After 55days my motor started to idle rough and then it got so bad i was lucky to get it to my mechanics shop. i was told by given a 60 day warranty) After 55days my motor started to idle rough and then it got so bad i was lucky to get it to my mechanics shop. i was told by my mechanic that 3 fuel injectors were bad and that caused a major problem with the motor, so brought it back to northcountry and was told that since i was 1000 miles over on the warranty(even though i was still in the 60 day mark) that they would not do anything but fix the problem for full price. I contacted them numerous times to try and get some satisfaction but have basically been told to get bent. so at this point i have had to take out a $6000.00 loan to get my motor replaced. the worst thing about it is after i had my mechanic diagnose the major problem i was told that the injectors were under a 11 year waranty and north country wont do anything becuase the shop i took it to was not a FORD dealership. they have the same ASE certifications but they are still in fords mind not smart enough to do the work. oh and they only charged 75/hr labor rate compared to fords 125/hr labor rate. If you want a good honest shop to take your vehicles to i would take them to Hage Kobany in columbia heights MN. They have the same training these guys at ford do but without the high labor rates/ robbery. More

We have worked with Michelle (service advisor) on several occassions and she has always been outstanding to work with, knowledgeable, courteous, very helpful. We recently had our 2006 Milan in for service as occassions and she has always been outstanding to work with, knowledgeable, courteous, very helpful. We recently had our 2006 Milan in for service as we thought we needed new brakes and for a noise in the front suspension. Michelle called and explained that the brakes were still at an acceptable brake pad width and the noise in the front suspension was not a safety concern as they did not find anything wrong. Charge for brake inspection and front suspension was only $69.00 which was a pleasant surprise as they could have easily replaced the brakes and various parts in the front suspension and we would have expected a signficant invoice. It is refreshing to work with a Dealership we know we can trust to do the right thing and not replace parts or perform service that is not necessary. My wife and I GREATLY appreciate the overall confidence and trust we have in North Country Ford. More
I can't say enough about the incredible customer service I received when I took my 2010 Ford Edge to North Country Ford Lincoln Mercury for routine maintenance. I have used other Ford dealerships in the pa I received when I took my 2010 Ford Edge to North Country Ford Lincoln Mercury for routine maintenance. I have used other Ford dealerships in the past, but I will surely return to North Country Ford Lincoln Mercury. They anticipated my arrival, there was no waiting to get checked in, and they came to find me in the waiting area when my car was done. A little something extra - I didn't have to listen for my name on the overhead speakers as they came and walked me to the cashier. They are a great organization! More

Everybody is always very friendly and welcoming at North Country. Somebody always checks the records on my car to be sure what it needs and not to duplicate service. Paperwork is always thorough and quest Country. Somebody always checks the records on my car to be sure what it needs and not to duplicate service.
