I go to North Country Ford in Coon Rapids, MN for all service on my car. I find their staff to be especially friendly and helpful. Being a graduate student, funds are limited, so knowing what could wait to be done at a later time was really helpful in making my decision. I have never walked away from here feeling cheated, with questions, or not satisfied with the service I recieved. As long as I am living in the Twin Cities area, I will continue to use North Country Ford for my car maintainance needs. More

I made a service appointment a week in advance and dropped my car off at 7:30 AM. Ken told me he would get back to me by late morning with a diagnosis. Don't do business with these people if you value your time, because they sure don't! More

Absolutely no pressure, no nagging phone calls, like I have experienced other places, a very positive aspect! I love my Edge and everything about it! I have had a few problems with the voice activated navigation/sync system, but the awesome Service Department (Ken, most of the time) will me in and taken care of each time.
