I brought my vehicle in on a Wednesday and was told that they were booked until early into the next week. The following day I was contacted by the service manager advising me that my vehicle was ready for they were booked until early into the next week. The following day I was contacted by the service manager advising me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The transmission shifting problems were because of a leaky transmission gasket that was leaking pretty heavily. The gasket was replaced and the transmission was reset with a scan tool. I have been a regular customer at North Country Ford for many years. I purchased a new 2011 Mustang GT CS two years ago and have loved the car. In addition, I have owned a 1999 Explorer Eddie Bauer which currently has over 139,000 miles and this dealership has handled many of the maintenance needs during the many years I have owned that vehicle. I have always found the personnel at North Country Ford to be very customer focused and up-beat which helps make going to this dealership a positive experience.
