I brought my Ford F 150 in for service to get a squeaking/styrofoam rubbing sound fixed and thought it was coming from the ceiling liner... I started my experience with Brent Johnson in the servic squeaking/styrofoam rubbing sound fixed and thought it was coming from the ceiling liner... I started my experience with Brent Johnson in the service department and he was very helpful/friendly and was committed to figuring out where the noise was coming from and fixing it. On the 4th time returning because the noise kept happening Brent reassured me that they would figure this out and he finally found the smoking gun! It turns out it was not the ceiling liner but the rear sliding window - which had a couple wear spots and the insulation/liner in window had worn down which was causing the rubbing/squeaking noise while driving over any bumps.. Very annoying! But - Brent was great, always kept a positive attitude and made my experience a great one in the end! Thanks for all the patience with me and figuring out what the problem was and fixing it! I would highly recommend Brent as anyones service advisor! More
I brought our 2009 Escape in today for an oil change and inspection. We just returned from a 4450 mile trip and wanted to be sure everything was ok with the vehicle. I really like this dealer. I bought my 2012 Ford F150 here and had not used their service before. I can schedule my appointments online and into the evening, the waiting room is nice and I really like t here and had not used their service before. There is no pressure when you are just walking around to buy anything other then the service you came in for. I have recommended this dealership to both friends and my family. More

Today's Date: 2/13/2013 I brought my 2011 F-150 4X4 to NC for Warranty Repairs as I leased the truck there and have had great service in the past. I dropped it off on 2/06/13 and did not get it back until 2/12/2013. I did not expect them to keep it so long but it did require some expertise transmission checks. They had a little trouble as the Mechanic that was working on it was sick and there was a lack of communication between the Service Advisor, Mechanic and the Ford representative so my work got set aside until I called to check out when it would be finished. I was told by Brent Johnson that he would look into it and the work was completed as best it could be because of such an unusual problem. They got it done and I picked it up and everything seems to work fine for now and I love how the brakes feel better as they must have been glazed. They even gave it a nice free wash and it looked great. I would have given a 5-Star Rating if it wasn't for the mix up and time delay.......Thanks! DDS/Elk River, MN More

I have been completely satisfied with North Country Ford since I bought my vehicle a little over a year ago. I called this morning to schedule an oil change, and they were able to get me in today. From th since I bought my vehicle a little over a year ago. I called this morning to schedule an oil change, and they were able to get me in today. From the minute I drove in, I was greeted by Jordan, asking how he could help, to Justine at the counter who was very friendly and efficient, my experience was above and beyond. The lounge area is spacious, clean and with amenities. I was informed that there were a couple things wrong with my vehicle that they found during inspection. Justine verified that they were covered under warranty and offered to have them fixed today. I was given a very nice loaner car, and was kept updated via phone. Overall, my experience was great. The friendliness shown not only to the customers, but amongst the staff, gives NCF a happy atmosphere. I feel like your treated as a person, and not just a number. Keep up the great work. More
