I called for a Recall appointment. The person on the phone said there was no recall, when I insisted they scheduled an appointment. They wasted my Saturday bcs they had no Parts and they knew it from t phone said there was no recall, when I insisted they scheduled an appointment. They wasted my Saturday bcs they had no Parts and they knew it from the beginning. It was a mandatory safety recall. Order the Parts, then schedule my appoinment. Don't have me waste 4 hours to tell me yes, we have to replace the parts and then schedule another appoinment. Very inconsiderate of my time!!! More

My wife and I purchased two new cars from North Country Ford. Her Ford Fiesta had about 4,000 miles and needed her first oil change. The service department was extremely busy due to some unforseen issues but everyone was moving quickly and efficiently to get the cars serviced and to meet the establaihed timelines. I had arranged several appointments throughout the day since we were leaving for a trip up north the following morning. I did not have time to wait for hours to get the oil changed. The team at North Country Ford did everything possible to get the car completed and me on my way in record time. They did not push anyone else out of the way they just worked harder. This shows the excellent leadership of Tom Glansman and the dedication of the workers at this location. In fact Tom actually helped to rotate the tires when the car was being worked on. Shauna and Sean at the front desk helped to direct the customers and deal with the paper work so the jobs were recorded and the clients understood what was happening at all times. I would recommend this team to anyone who wished to work with a group of people who take pride in their job and their performance. They did a great job! More

Ken was beyond rude. And sadly, it isn't the first time he has been rude to me. My family has been going to North Country Ford for as long as I can remember, and as of late (with Ken's help) I have s time he has been rude to me. My family has been going to North Country Ford for as long as I can remember, and as of late (with Ken's help) I have seriously considered taking my business else where. Not only is he rude, he is unprofessional and inconsiderate. He does not take ownership for his mistakes, and then is unwilling to own it once he is called out on that mistake. I understand that we are all humans, we all make mistakes, but that is not the case with Ken. IF I take my business back to North Country Ford I do know that I will NOT be working with Ken. It is unfortuante that the feelings are this way because I LOVE the rest of the employees of NCF...it is so awesome to walk in & have them all smile at you & some even know you by name. Ken, you are nothing but an embarassement to North Country Ford & the Luther family. More

After taking my vehicle in for minor service, I was treated courteously, service was quick, staff friendly, and the waiting area was pleasant and had WI-FI, TV's, and coffee. Went in for our free new owner 5000 mile oil change and was surprised to also receive tire rotation and multi point inspection. I was offered a shuttle ride home, but relaxed in the waiting area. Plenty of space in the the comfortable waiting area where you could watch TV, read the paper or various magazines, or sit at a table and work on your iPad. Couldn't pass up the free, fresh popcorn. My car was washed before it was ready to go, another bonus. Great friendly service! More
