When attempting to talk to Ken when my check engine light was on he was rude and his comments were inappropriate for someone in a customer service position. When my vehicle was finally ready for pickup they was on he was rude and his comments were inappropriate for someone in a customer service position. When my vehicle was finally ready for pickup they had not made sure that one of the key fobs was operating correctly (and it was on the list of reasons for bringing the car in). Then only a few weeks later the air conditioning was blowing HOT air during some of the hottest days of the season and the soonest they were able to give me an appointment was almost a week later. Then when Brent called me to discuss my vehicle he insinuated that I had imagined the problem. When I clearly had not as others witnessed the problem as well. When I asked him if the 2nd key had been reprogrammed he was at a loss because when Ken took the car in that morning he didn't put anything in the paper work regarding the programming of the key. So Brent did take care of that but only after I had to remind him that it needed to be done. I believe that the customer service in the service department is lacking whenever a difficult situation presents itself. If Ken or Brent were on my maintenance crew they would soon find themselves looking for other employment. More

I was told that my oil change and car wash on my truck would take and hour. It took over a hour and half with out the wash.
