Have had a great experience with all the service people since I took delivery of my truck in 2010. Not sure what happened but only received a synthetic blend of oil where as I asked for synthetic oil when I set up the appointment. I would have liked to have had synthetic and was offered after the se blend of oil where as I asked for synthetic oil when I set up the appointment. I would have liked to have had synthetic and was offered after the service was already completed to have it drained and redone but time did not permit for me. I would still rate my overall service as great and this won't effect my return service but will double check next time. More
I originally started going to North Country for the convenience of the location. However, every time I have been there has been such an exceptional experience that it is now my service location of ch convenience of the location. However, every time I have been there has been such an exceptional experience that it is now my service location of choice. I have worked with Brandon Anderson several times and he has given excellent customer service. He always takes the time to listen and understand. I never feel like just another customer. He sincerely makes you feel like you are important. I have never come across anyone at North Country that didn't make me feel right at home. I would highly recommend North Country to anyone. More

Brought vehicle in for service work. BRAND new vehicle. 2400 miles. Needed dashboard replaced. Brought in vehicle on Monday with assumption new dashboard would be replaced within two days . No phone call 2400 miles. Needed dashboard replaced. Brought in vehicle on Monday with assumption new dashboard would be replaced within two days . No phone call until THURSDAY stating dashboard on order ?????. Apparently Original dashboard damaged in shipping. No phone call stating this. They gave me a junker loaner for 10 days. That's how long my brand new vehicle was there. Had a vibration at 55-60 mph. They put two brand new tires on front and said was fixed. Not fixed. Horrible communication and service. Stated their " new" tire balance machine out of sync. Apparently their phones were out of sync too. Worst experience I could ever imagine. Tom the service manager would agree. More
I scheduled an oil change for our Kia Rio. The appointment-setting process was quick and easy. I arrived for the appointment and was greeted by an employee immediately after exiting my vehicle. appointment-setting process was quick and easy. There was a big screen TV, popcorn, and complimentary coffee available. There were also vending machines in the same area. The wait was a little over an hour, which was what the quoted wait time was. The mulit-point inspection sheet was given to me. The service was free of charge since I had purchased the vehicle at that location. I was pleased with the entire experience and would definitely return to the facility in the future. More
From the time I walked into the Service Area everyone was very friendly and helpful, answering my questions and concerns about my car. I was given a loaner car so my car could be worked on and David kept my very friendly and helpful, answering my questions and concerns about my car. When leaving David made sure that all my questions were answered and that I can contact him if I have any other concerns regarding the car. More
Tom and Ken did a great job of keeping me informed as to the progress of the service work I had my car in for. When they needed my extra car key to reset the keys, I was unable to bring it over and Tom Glan the progress of the service work I had my car in for.
