We've always been treated well and have been very pleased with the service! I called for an appointment for an oil change and was able to get in early the next morning! And, because of the cold weather, we haven't been able to get the car washed so they washed the car after the oil was changed - they also rotated the tires! We always feel they are very efficient and thorough when we've brought our car in for service! Wouldn't feel safer anywhere else! More

Brandon Anderson was super. He was very friendly on a cold day. He seemed very caring and the service was completed in about 1/2 hour. I called the number and was immediately given a voice message to leave a message and I would get a call back. I waited 2 hours...never got a return call. I called a service persons number at North Country and was directed to a scheduler. Why did this NOT happen earlier? Brandon Anderson overcame a negative experience. Dave as always did a great job taking care of the issues I was having with my F 150. Setting up the appointment and scheduling was easy, and the shop did a great job of taking care of the issue as well as I was having with my F 150. I have dealt with Dave in the past and he has always taken care of any issues that arise. Although I don't like to ever have service on my vehicles, and may not always be in the best mood when I take them in, when I go to North Country and deal with Dave I get great service and no hassles. Went to North Country Ford for scheduled oil change service and brake inspection for squeak, today. Kelly C. greeted me as I arrived. She got me all set up for service quickly. It needed replacement. Living in the frozen tundra of Minnesota, a reliable battery in necessary. Especially, this crazy winter. With the "Works" coupon & rebates for the battery, all service was affordable. And yes, the found the squeak. A rear brake caliper needed lubrication. The squeak is gone. North Country Ford is top notch in service and sales. I bought my 2010 Fusion, from Mark DeMars, back in February, 2010 and all service has been performed there as well.
