I had them order weather techs for my whole vehicle, they shipped me the wrong ones. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to ship them back at my own cost ($268 in shipping fees). Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish. My sales consultant Brock was upfront and honest from the start 14 months ago when I first ordered my Bronco. He kept his word on the pricing and was very knowledgeable and helpful with the vehicle itself. I got a fair offer with my trade in and didn’t need to haggle or negotiate on final numbers. I’ve never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle. I also want to mention Tom the finance guy who helped us with the financing. He also did a great job and was very helpful and thorough without being pushy. My wife and I truly appreciated that. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this dealership. If I’m nitpicking my only small complaint would be someone contacting me the next day trying to sell me more “packages”. If I wanted more packages I would’ve added them at time of purchase. More
