Sales man indicated service that was not provided. We required out of state registration, which Bob indicated the dealer could handle but when I picked up the vehicle we were told we would need to handle required out of state registration, which Bob indicated the dealer could handle but when I picked up the vehicle we were told we would need to handle this ourselves. It appears that the dealership could have made a simple phone call prior to the date we picked up the vehicle and handled the sales tax, title and registration and had it included on the bill of sale similar to MN. They are so friendly when you come in there. They are ready to come to your vehicle as soon as you enter the garage. They have popcorn in a popcorn maker and also coffee in the side hallway.
