I came in for and oil change and tire rotation. I used their online scheduler the day prior. I had to only what around 30 min in the store prior to my truck being finished. The service associate came a got me when it was finished and explained the services that were completed. He also talked to me about future services given me very usefull information. I know that this review is for my last service but I have always recieved this type of service from North Country Ford. They are the reason I have boughten two vehicles from them. More
We have worked with Michelle (service advisor) on several occassions and she has always been outstanding to work with, knowledgeable, courteous, very helpful. We recently had our 2006 Milan in for service as occassions and she has always been outstanding to work with, knowledgeable, courteous, very helpful. We recently had our 2006 Milan in for service as we thought we needed new brakes and for a noise in the front suspension. Michelle called and explained that the brakes were still at an acceptable brake pad width and the noise in the front suspension was not a safety concern as they did not find anything wrong. Charge for brake inspection and front suspension was only $69.00 which was a pleasant surprise as they could have easily replaced the brakes and various parts in the front suspension and we would have expected a signficant invoice. It is refreshing to work with a Dealership we know we can trust to do the right thing and not replace parts or perform service that is not necessary. My wife and I GREATLY appreciate the overall confidence and trust we have in North Country Ford. More
The new truck was loaded and discounted, the service was friendly and fair, my trade-in values were fair. people seemed genuine. I have used other Ford dealerships in the past, but I will surely return to North Country Ford Lincoln Mercury. They anticipated my arrival, there was no waiting to get checked in, and they came to find me in the waiting area when my car was done. A little something extra - I didn't have to listen for my name on the overhead speakers as they came and walked me to the cashier. They are a great organization! More

I have been in your services department numerous times complaining about the same issue and I was told that my motor in my Ford Escape is like a snowmobile motor, I have been told of other comments and it complaining about the same issue and I was told that my motor in my Ford Escape is like a snowmobile motor, I have been told of other comments and it wasn't until I got a recall notice from Ford describing the same issues I was informing Ron about for 3-4 months that the issue was actually taken seriously. Now I will not come back because everytime I state something is wrong I feel I get the impression I am wasting there time and it's amazing how they will explain one thing to me but another to my husband.
