GOT A GREAT PRICE ON A GREAT VEHICLE I WILL ENJOY FOR MANY YEARS TO COME. WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE WE HAD AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. BRET WAS VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING THE BEST INTEREST RATE OUT THERE AND SPENT THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS THOROUGHLY TO US. THANKS AGAIN, FROM A WELL SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I brought my truck in for a fuel issue and worked with Tim Rabel. He was AWESOME to deal with. There were some issues with the mechanic's end of things which resulted in some hassle. When we picked up m Tim Rabel. He was AWESOME to deal with. There were some issues with the mechanic's end of things which resulted in some hassle. When we picked up my truck the ABS light was on, which it wasn't before so we ended up leaving it there. The mechanics had already gone home for the night so it wouldn't be worked on until the next morning. We got a call about an hour later saying it was fixed because one of the mechanics came in, so we went to pick it up and the next morning it didn't start; same issue we brought it in for. So North Country sent a tow truck and had a loaner waiting for me. Tim was just as upset as my Husband and I were about the whole ordeal. It wasn't his fault, but he was still upset FOR us which in my eyes shows the compassion he has for outstanding customer service, a rarity these days! We got a call half way through the day to pick up the truck again. My Husband picked up my truck and the guy he dealt with was rude to put it nicely. Tim had already left for the day, so he wasn't able to check him in/out. This is the only "issue" I've ever had at North Country Ford in Coon Rapids. From the purchase of my truck from Greg Veum in 2004 to present day, only one bad experience, that's pretty darn good! People have "off" days sometimes, we just happened to fall victim of that this time. I'm still shocked that the mechanic didn't notice the ABS light on or that the sensor/wires were damaged during the removal/replacement of the gas tank. Tim took very good care of us though and made sure this issue was addressed on all levels. I highly suggest North Country Ford, and when it comes time to get a new vehicle/service, this is my place. I wish the service prices were a bit more reasonable, but they are a dealership, so that's to be expected. Thanks Tim and Greg for the outstanding service! More
More than any dealership in my lifetime, North Country Ford has met and exceeded my expectations. And you can tell that North Country Management has empowered their employees to make me happy. Whether, c Ford has met and exceeded my expectations. And you can tell that North Country Management has empowered their employees to make me happy. Whether, consulting with me on future vehicles purchases, securing financing or simply receiving service on my vehicles, I have come to expect fantastic service. It is also in the little things they do. They go the extra mile to please me. For over ten years I have frequented North Country purchasing 8 or 9 vehicles from them. They have become my 'home' dealership. I love my North Country Ford! More
I bought my current suv from there; bought it at the time when gas was $4/gal. Their pricing turned out to be excellent, as now the value of the vehicle is still higher than when I purchased it, almost 2 ye when gas was $4/gal. Their pricing turned out to be excellent, as now the value of the vehicle is still higher than when I purchased it, almost 2 years ago. The little things they offer come in handy, a gas discount card at Holiday, a few coupons for dings and scratches, I ended up using them all. They are a one price store, and while there's no negotiating, in my case, that was not an issue at all. I wish they were a little closer to my house, I would much rather go there than Apple Ford. Since every review has to have something negative - I guess they could have warned me that washing my jeans with the starter remote inside them would cause the suv to start by itself, over and over and over... The remote was pretty reliable though, it survived this issue. More
I purchased a truck last week online from North Country Ford. Ken Kincade did an outstanding job every step of the way. I can tell you Ken's service was in stark contrast to other responses I received Ford. Ken Kincade did an outstanding job every step of the way. I can tell you Ken's service was in stark contrast to other responses I received to a number of inquires. It truly is puzzling. Considering the current economic conditions, you would think sales people would be climbing over each other to help. I spoke with one salesperson in particular on the last day of the month and quarter (9/30/2010) from central Iowa. We could not agree on pricing. I received a voice mail from the general manager exposing the dealerships commitment to customer service. I returned his call, stated the salesman’s performance was excellent, however we could not agree on a price. I never heard from the general manager. To add “insult-to-injury” the general manager sent me an e-mail with their latest truck sales event the following week. Another salesman in Wisconsin sent me an e-mail response to my inquiry, I called him on Monday, we spoke about the truck, and he was going to confirm that the truck had not been sold on Saturday. I never heard from him again! The good news is that there are still great people out there “checking their bucket” glad to be employed and making a living and willing to do whatever it takes in a positive and productive way. I bought a truck from a gentleman from North Country's Coon Rapids, Minnesota dealership(North of the Twin Cities). I bought the truck on Tuesday night. Ken Kincade delivered it to a sister dealership in Mankato (Mankato Honda), Minnesota on Thursday. I caught a ride with a lady from my office headed to Mankato for the weekend and we had a very pleasant drive to pick up my new truck. If you are ever in the market for a new Ford—please give Ken Kincade a call at North Country Ford in Coon Rapids, Minnesota: 612-554-7644 or the dealership at 763-427-1120. He provides photographs, video and a free CarFax on every vehicle they sell. Thank you, Tom Teesdale More
I arrived late for my appointment because of traffic, but still got right in and the 5000 mile maintenance was performed quickly. The employees that I interacted with were all very friendly. I'm not much of still got right in and the 5000 mile maintenance was performed quickly. The employees that I interacted with were all very friendly. I'm not much of a fan of mail-in rebates. Without the rebate the price seems a bit high. We'll see if I get it. Still a hassle though to file the paperwork and then cash the check. I'd rather just have a lower price up front. More

He wasn't pushy, gave the time we needed to think about our decisions, and offered suggestions to help with our purchases. We purchased a 2010 F150 and a 2008 Milan premier and Wally did an awsome job in every aspect. Also, Brett in the finance dept really helped to make our transactions as smooth as possible and explained every detail along the way. More
I bought a used 2005 F150 and had it for 55 days(was given a 60 day warranty) After 55days my motor started to idle rough and then it got so bad i was lucky to get it to my mechanics shop. i was told by given a 60 day warranty) After 55days my motor started to idle rough and then it got so bad i was lucky to get it to my mechanics shop. i was told by my mechanic that 3 fuel injectors were bad and that caused a major problem with the motor, so brought it back to northcountry and was told that since i was 1000 miles over on the warranty(even though i was still in the 60 day mark) that they would not do anything but fix the problem for full price. I contacted them numerous times to try and get some satisfaction but have basically been told to get bent. so at this point i have had to take out a $6000.00 loan to get my motor replaced. the worst thing about it is after i had my mechanic diagnose the major problem i was told that the injectors were under a 11 year waranty and north country wont do anything becuase the shop i took it to was not a FORD dealership. they have the same ASE certifications but they are still in fords mind not smart enough to do the work. oh and they only charged 75/hr labor rate compared to fords 125/hr labor rate. If you want a good honest shop to take your vehicles to i would take them to Hage Kobany in columbia heights MN. They have the same training these guys at ford do but without the high labor rates/ robbery. More
I am a VERY satisfied North Country Ford customer! have now purchased 2 Ford Fusions (one new and one used) from Elvis. Throughout both experiences, I was treated respectfully and was never pushed to purchase something I wasn't interested in. Pam in financing was patient, understanding and a joy to work with. Every time I go in for an oil change or regular service need, Elvis recognizes me and asked how my Fusions are treating me. I have worked with Dan multiple times in the Service Department and have always been treated as a valued customer. Talk about great customer service! I have since moved out of the area, but continue to make the trip back to North Country Ford because of the excellent customer service! More
