I had someone pick me up since it was going to be awhile and when I came back Tim greeted me by name and said he can bring the car around. It was right on time and felt that Tim really knew what was going on with my car. After a poor experience the last time I was there, this reaffirmed that North Country was a great place to keep coming to even now that I am out of warranty. I bought my last 2 cars here and my in-laws have been coming here for decades. They will take care of what you need and most people there are respectful of your time and cost that things are. More

What a great service shop! AS soon as I got out of my car a representative met me, knew my name, and immediately initiated the service work.
