I bought an Edge new a year ago and had a great buying experience with Greg Veum. He was extremely patient with me in finding the exact make, model, color (I even changed my mind a few times) with all the experience with Greg Veum. Absolutely no pressure, no nagging phone calls, like I have experienced other places, a very positive aspect! I love my Edge and everything about it! I have had a few problems with the voice activated navigation/sync system, but the awesome Service Department (Ken, most of the time) will me in and taken care of each time. They listen, they care and it shows! I would highly recommend North Country Ford for great service and staff all the way around!! Tammy More

My wife & I went to North Country Ford to purchase a 2013 Ford Explorer. We had done our homework on both the new purchase & our trade-in value. While on the lot, we met with Greg Veum (sales) and he 2013 Ford Explorer. We had done our homework on both the new purchase & our trade-in value. While on the lot, we met with Greg Veum (sales) and he took excellent care of us. Everything we did was very painless & professional, from the test drive through the negotiation. Greg listened & did not pressure us. Once our decision was made to purchase, Greg took my wife to her new car & showed her how to operate all of it's features, etc. Meanwhile, I met with Brett Radde in the Finance department. Again, the experience was very pleasant. Brett was very personable & professional. Taking care of the "money business" was quick and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend North Country Ford to anyone interested in buy their next vehicle. The team I worked with (Greg & Brett) were great! More

Sales persons not too pushy. The cookies that were sent after the purchase were a nice touch. The dealership found and order in the vehicle we wanted. North Country was the first dealership I went to when I decided I wanted to buy a newer car. The prices and selection seemed great but I wanted to do some shopping around. Went to Bloomington Lincoln, HORR decided I wanted to buy a newer car. The prices and selection seemed great but I wanted to do some shopping around. Went to Bloomington Lincoln, HORRIBLE! Extremely horrible customer service and every single car was scratched or banged up. Went to New Brighton Ford, priced much higher and not even half of the selection. The customer service that I received at North Country was unmatched, that alone made me feel confident in giving them my business. Once I decided which car I wanted, the buying process went quick and smooth. I will definately recommend North Country to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More
They do everything in their power to keep you satisfied as a customer. I had a dead battery and after checking for draws (they found none) they found that the battery was in fact bad. Replaced it at no cost, gave me a rental for no cost (except for 1 gallon of gas) I wouldn't have had to do it but I made the agreement and I only put 8 miles on the vechile. My vechicle was a 2011 explorer with a 36 month warranty. I bought it new there. I wouldn't buy anywhere else. Nemi in sales and Michel in service are the greatest and Mike,the store manager is really a great guy. He finds time to talk with me whenever I am in the store. Check them out, I have been buying from them since 1972. More
Very dishonest dealership. I would never use them again. Had a Video component installed in my van, they were dishonest about what it would do and who actually installed it. Never buy anything form this dealer. More
