I brought my vehicle in on a Wednesday and was told that they were booked until early into the next week. The following day I was contacted by the service manager advising me that my vehicle was ready for they were booked until early into the next week. The following day I was contacted by the service manager advising me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The transmission shifting problems were because of a leaky transmission gasket that was leaking pretty heavily. The gasket was replaced and the transmission was reset with a scan tool. We originally went in by referral to see Scott. He was working with other customers and we were introduced to Melanie. We spent the rest of our time with Melanie and ended up purchasing a new truck from working with other customers and we were introduced to Melanie. We spent the rest of our time with Melanie and ended up purchasing a new truck from her. We were informed she was relatively new, however this was not apparent in her knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at or in the way she handled us. There were just a couple of things Melanie didnt know. She stated she wasnt sure, and quickly found the answer from other employees. I admired this most about her, so often people try to appear that they know everything and may give out incorrect information. Her integrity and humble nature made us comfortable and ultimately encouraged us to buy. We are now having a issue with our new purchase that is currently being looked at by service. Scott, in Melanies absence, has been instramental in helping me communicate with service and put me at ease with the process. Although he did not work with us on the sale I feel like we did because of the attention he has given. The jury is out on Brent and the service department untill our issue is remedied.
