Okay, I get the family emergency, but you can't tell me that vacation wasn't scheduled out in advance. What was the purpose of giving me an appointment then? This being an on-line out of state purchase, the sales team has to be accurate on their description and provide excellent photos of their car for sale. All my expectations were met with my purchase of a 2012 Jeep Compass. This is an excellent sales team and I would recommend Zach Strahan and Scott Smith to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. They answered all my questions, agreed to a price and made it all happen after I arrived at their dealership. After driving 11 hrs to get back home I couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase. I had a few questions about out of state registration and they answered them quickly and accurate and I had no problems at the Il. DMV. Thanks! More

The dealership is fine. The product that is being sold and their explanation to us was horrible. We were told that a key for our car would cost around $100 if we had the original 2 keys sold with the car. and their explanation to us was horrible. We were told that a key for our car would cost around $100 if we had the original 2 keys sold with the car. We have both keys but after 7 years of use, one of them had a short or was "faulty" (what we were told). They made another key for us but said they had to charge us $250 because they had to re-program the original key. I do not understand why we were charged $250 when we were told that another key would only cost $100 if we had the 2 original keys. The result of our last visit was horrible. I will not buy another car here that needs a $250 key to start it. More

After a dash light came on, NC Ford recommended a service visit. I couldn't wait for a repair but they immediately hooked into the computer to diagnose what was wrong. Due to conflicting schedules it wasn't until after vacation that it as taken care of. On both visits, Michelle was very helpful. A minor one hour wait and everything is A OK. The service department is terrific. More
