Had my brakes replaced, and now they don't work and make a lot of noise. Was scheduled for the service department, but after making me wait for almost 20 minutes he refused to look at it and sent me back t a lot of noise. They said there was nothing wrong, maybe try service back in three weeks. In the meantime, I cannot drive the car for safety reasons and am missing important healthcare appointments. Last year I worked with Jake Olson, but decided not to purchase. Recently I was ready and Jake helped me get into the truck I wanted. Jake and the sales manager really went out of their way to help me after I made a mistake during the purchase. They didn’t have to, but they did. Thank you North Country Ford. The 1.9% financing made it possible. The only thing I really want them to do is bring back the popcorn machine for those waiting for service or browsing the showroom!
