Had problems over the winter months with tire pressure dropping (4 times) and because I knew I was going to be traveling with the car and not planning to replace the tires until fall, I asked Kelly Casper dropping (4 times) and because I knew I was going to be traveling with the car and not planning to replace the tires until fall, I asked Kelly Casper if the tires could be checked to make sure I would be okay until fall to replace them(my vehicle is 5 years old). Also thought I should have my oil changed since I was nearing the mileage time for a check up. Kelly was very helpful, also checked out prices for new tires and also said she would watch for possible upcoming tire sales. I recently decided to trade in my SUV for something more fuel efficient. Having test driven a verity of vehicles from the Big Three, I decided on the Focus, and visited North Country Ford to look at a used fuel efficient. Having test driven a verity of vehicles from the Big Three, I decided on the Focus, and visited North Country Ford to look at a used 2012 on their lot. After driving it, I talked to Mark about my preference of cloth over leather interior, and he talked to me about the selection of 2013's in stock, and the rebates available. After driving an SE, we decided to make the purchase. After agreeing on a trade in value for the SUV, we took care of all the paperwork with Roger and were soon headed home (3 hours away) in our new car. Very happy and pleased with the service we received from Mark, Roger, and all the staff at North Country Ford, and will definitely recommend the dealership to friends and family when they are considering a new vehicle. I just moved to the Minneapolis area from Florida and was looking for a dealership that I could count on to provide good, quality service on my 2003 F150 Supercrew. I conducted an online review of the 4 dea looking for a dealership that I could count on to provide good, quality service on my 2003 F150 Supercrew. I conducted an online review of the 4 dealerships that were the closest to me and looked through previous customer comments. The comments made regarding North County Ford were by far the most positive reviews I saw online. As such, I went to their web site and sent them an email inquiring about their service hours, vehicle drop off, and shuttle services. Within minutes I received a call from one of their service advisors welcoming to the area and asking if I'd like to make an appointment which I did for the very next day. I arrived at the dealership at 7:30 a.m. as scheduled and the service advisor Kelly was there waiting on me and immediately got me checked in, listened to what I wanted done, and made arrangements for the shuttle driver Jim to drop me off at work. A few hours later I received a call from Kelly informing me that the service I requested (oil change and new fuel filter) had been completed. I stopped by over my lunch break and the vehicle had been washed and was ready for me to pick it up. I then described an intermittent issue I had noticed with the truck unrelated to the service that was just completed and Kelly arranged for one of the mechanics to do a ride along with me so I could demonstrate the issue I was having trouble describing. The mechanic, (don't remember his name but was a young man and a veteran) was very polite and professional and listened to what I was telling him, asked questions to make sure he understood the issue, and then made recommendations regarding what needed to be done to fix the issue. As such, I chose the dealership based on the positive reviews I read, but will now return to this dealership due to the professional, timely, friendly, and thorough service I received today. More
I was recently forced off the road and narrowly avoided an accident. I hit a vertical curb straight on with my left front tire. The Service Writer Dave Christopher got my car in right away, and had it checked out. Dave called me a few hours later and reported what they found, and asked how I wanted to proceed. Luckily there was no real damage, but I decided to have it aligned at 53000 miles. They also found and repaired an annoying rattle which turned out to be my sway bar end links, and fixed two burned out bulbs at my request. The total bill (off warranty by the way,) was $326.00 My car was ready at the time promised, and drives as good as new again. I was not pressured with any "extra" service offers, and felt like my interests were foremost in their minds. Would I recommend North Country Ford to anyone looking for a Ford product? Yes I would.
