Took my vehicle in to get a wheel bearing replaced. The staff immediately got to work on my vehicle and was done faster then I had thought it would be. I had to return because the oil filter put on on monday was leaking. I didn't get a apology or even a discount for next vist just this was a no charge. I sure hope no charge!!!! I went into the service department to find out what service(s) I should have done to keep my Ford 500 running in good shape as it just went over 90,000 miles. I have always found the pricing there to be very fair and I have never had a complaint for the years I have been going there for service. More
I had a technical glitch with the Nav system and the date setting. It would not allow me to set a year under 2035. Dennis said it could take an hour or 5, and was difficult to know until they looked into it, setting. It would not allow me to set a year under 2035. Low and behold, 45 minutes later Dennis came to tell me it was done, fixed. It was something like rebooting your computer. I know how that is with my home PC. Great service and the waiting area is very comfortable, not in some small little stuffy room, watching bad TV. Dennis is by far the nicest Service guy I have ever worked with, hats off to good people!! More
