I asked for more details on NCF's used 2013 Escape Inventory, and Scott Smith was very helpful. He even offered to come pick me up from Minneapolis to drive me to the dealership. He was honest and forthright and very helpful. The finance guy, I think his name was Mark, was also VERY VERY helpful.
