I came into this dealership hoping to purchase a new car with my damaged and recovering credit. Ben did a great job outlining the differences between leasing and purchasing, as well as why a lease would be with my damaged and recovering credit. With the advice in mind, I returned a couple days later and test drove a beautiful Ford Fusion. I was sold after driving around for a while. It was a busy day and we were prepared to wait for a while, but Pam got us in her office relatively quick. After going through my information, she talked to the lienholder and negotiated a good deal with him. This was not a quick agreement, she spent plenty of time on the line trying to get me an affordable deal. I couldn't get a lease without a cosigner, but they agreed on a purchase with an APR that was legitimately 10 times lower than I was prepared to hear. Granted, I got this deal because I am a college student, it just goes to show that this dealership, most definitely Pam, will do everything they can to make things work for you. A lot of places could learn a thing or two about customer service from Ben and Pam. More

It was a fiasco! To make a long story short it was like they didn't have a clue what was going on, they didn't even answer their phone and no one wanted to help us because apparently our service advisor wa they didn't have a clue what was going on, they didn't even answer their phone and no one wanted to help us because apparently our service advisor was at home that day. 7 hours after we dropped it off for our scheduled appointment they hadn't even looked at it. It didn't even get done that day. This is not the first bad experience we've had with this dealership, what was I thinking? I have been to this service place many times. The last couple of times I have not left feeling good. The last time I was here, there were 3 different people that checked me in, talked to me and finally c couple of times I have not left feeling good.
