When my wife wanted a new vehicle we shopped off and on for over a 2 months until she finally made up her mind. North Country came through again when she decided to make a purchase. We not only received the best price on a new vehicle that she wanted, we then received the best value for our trade. Double happiness. I will still shop around for my next vehicle purchase. He focused directly on our needs and worked within our price range, and told us the answers to any questions we had. He made us feel very comfortable and never rushed us in anyway. North Country Ford has a large selection of premium vehicles also. The staff there that we worked with were utterly professional in every way! We got a good trade in value on our vehicle and an excellent rate on our loan. We were so impressed with our salesman Gavin and the whole dealership that we went back the following week and traded in and brought home another vehicle. Great experience all around! After a dash light came on in my 2012 F-150, I called in and left a voicemail requesting a call back. Roger, in finance, took the call and was both curteous and professional and he expedited my call to the service department immediatley. Denny and Tom in the service department were not only professional, but compassionate to the cirumstances and treated me as if I was a friend. I was in there with my truck that evening and couldn't have felt more at peace in knowing that I was being taken care of. I waited with my 11-month old son, and the accomodations were great! The staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Mark Demars, who I bought from two years ago, even came over and said hi; as if I had only been in a week ago. I couldn't feel more relieved and appreciative of the services recieved and the way I was treated. These guys treated me like I was a friend, and they were taking care of me, rather than ahything else. I couldn't be happier with the services AND service that I received, and I will definitely be going back! Thanks guys for everything! More
