Mark responded, withing 90 minutes, to offer his services to purchase a new Escape. Eventually, we agreed upon a Saturday appointment. This Saturday was very busy at NCF. Despite the activity, Mark was able to allow us to review the inventory, do an extended test drive, and began the purchase process. Our particular vehicle was located at another dealer and they worked to move it to NCF for our purchase.... The transfered vehicle arrived on Monday. We completed the financial paperwork and drove home in the rain.... North Country did everything within their power, excluding the weather, to make our purchase as comfortable as could be. Great job! I went into this dealer knowing that I needed a new car as my current '06 Ford Taurus had a broken compressor and was leaking coolant (nearly a $2k pr I went into this dealer knowing that I needed a new car as my current '06 Ford Taurus had a broken compressor and was leaking coolant (nearly a $2k price on repairs). Geoffrey Knapp was already a familiar face as he had sold my brother and parents Ford Escape a few years back so i knew of the atmosphere and environment that I was getting into. I knew that i also wanted to get a F150 because of my love for them and need with my job in construction work. Geoffrey was excellent in helping find the exact type of truck I wanted including my interior specifics (specifics included: XLT, black exterior color, 4 door, center console, tow package). As I went in to the office to fill out paperwork and financing I found out that the vehicle I purchased was failing a fuel sensor test which required me to leave the truck for repairs to be made. I bought this truck on a Friday near closing time so the earliest time the techs were going to be able to fix it would be the following Monday. Considering this issue Geoffrey went above and beyond by first providing me with a 2014 Ford Fusion for a rental and by knocking $1k off the top for my inconvenience. As Monday came upon us I received a call from Geoffrey stating that they would be unable to deliver the truck as promised because of an error with part purchasing thus requiring a Wednesday delivery date. Because of this Geoffrey was able to install a bed cover and lining for free as he was more than sympathetic and apologizing for the issues and failing to live up to Ford's promise. I can't not express how professionally Geoffrey acted for me as I know that with things getting out of hand he went above and beyond what would be considering satisfactory and I am grateful for his service and ensuring my complete satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for purchase of a vehicle. I also was fortunate to have Andy Malm as my finance consultant as he was able to find me an interest rate from BMO that more closely lined with my expected payments of $400 - $500 / month. Not only was he able to do this but because of my family's recent purchase he was able to knock off $500 on the 6 year / 100k mile warranty. The overall experience was top down the best service I have every received and Andy/Geoffrey were able to make the entire process as smooth and painless as possible. More

Love my NEW car! Mike was very helpful and let me take more time test driving. Service for 2012 Explorer We brought our 2012 Explorer in when we had an issue with the battery going dead. When the quick lane service tested the battery it tested good. They took the time to diagnose the issue and discovered that a module had gone bad and was draining power from the battery. They replaced the module ($650), Thank goodness for the extended warranty Geoffry convinced me to purchase when we bought the vehicle from them in November 2011. Our out of pocket expense, $100.
